News Regarding Private Candidates entry Via Schools
Following consultation with Cambridge, we have concluded that extra steps are needed to safeguard the authenticity of the entries. Therefore, we will only accept transfer candidate applications received from schools who can prove genuine links with the private candidates they are seeking to register. A key genuine link includes providing clear evidence that any transfer student was previously taught by the school. All other applications will be refused and considered as suspected malpractice and forwarded to Cambridge to take appropriate action. If you do want to transfer the entry of a private candidate, and can prove a genuine link with the student, then please send us the appropriate forms today. If any school has already submitted a transfer candidate application that they would now like to withdraw then please contact the British Council immediately.
